All About You coordinators will be as involved in your event as you prefer. We will meet with your vendors to ensure that all parties involved understand your vision of the event. We can customize any package with your needs.

We provide our services from the beginning of the planning process until the event is over and you are left with a lifetime of memories. We can coordinate your event by helping you with all your big decisions but not be as involved in the details or vice versa. We can just be there for you the month or week or day of your event to make sure everything is carried out exactly as you have planned.

Alicia Manzano

Professional Event Coordinator

Alicia has been in the event planning business for over five years. Most recently, she was the Special Events Director for the New Mexico BioPark Society, planning events such as Run for the Zoo, the Go Wild Concert series, River of Lights, Saturday Night Wild and much more. Alicia has a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications, a B.A. in Spanish, and has also received her her Masters Degree in Public Administration. She brings a high level of experience and expertise in event planning, with the ability to plan anything from a Run, to a Gala and Auction. Her infectious enthusiasm and creativity make every event she’s involved with a memorable one.

Bree Ortiz

Professional Event Coordinator

Bree has been in the event business for five years, specializing in weddings, productions and promotional events. Her organizational skills combined with her uncanny ability to create something great out of a simple idea make her one of the most creative coordinators in the business. She has a B.A. in Communication from the University of New Mexico and has worked for numerous non-profit agencies and corporate businesses as an event planner.

Michelle E. Mirabal

Professional Event Coordinator

Michelle started planning events well before her time . Her friends and family have always turned to her for assistance and have assigned entire projects to her because of her creative talent for envisioning events well beyond the average person. Michelle has planned hundreds of events. Michelle pays great attention to detail and always does things in a timely and professional manner. She has the networking skills to make any desired vision possible for the client. Her musical background as a percussionist has also given her an edge in selecting the best entertainment for any event. She has also worked in the Hotel industry thus, adding to her knowledge of large corporate functions and the precision involved to make any event a highly memorable one.
